Patients: The McKenzie Institute recommends that patients have a full assessment of their condition completed by a Certified MDT provider. Once properly assessed, a Certified MDT provider guides patients with individualized instruction and may prescribe use of a McKenzie lumbar or cervical roll. They may also recommend benefit from McKenzie's self-help books in the Treat Your Own...book series to further enhance the patient's self-management.
